All orders for our eco-friendly packaging products are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Custom orders require approved design specifications and may be subject to minimum order quantities. Once production begins on customized items, orders cannot be canceled without incurring charges.

Prices are as quoted on our website or in formal quotations provided to clients. For custom orders, pricing will be confirmed after design specifications are finalized. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods specified at checkout. For large orders or recurring clients, payment terms may be negotiated separately.

We ship to over 80 countries worldwide. Delivery timeframes depend on product type, customization requirements, quantity, and destination. Standard production time for custom orders is 15-20 business days, with shipping times varying by region. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or other factors outside our control.

All our products meet FDA, BRC, and ISO certifications as applicable. While we maintain strict quality control, slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur in natural eco-friendly materials. We guarantee our products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. For approved returns, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Custom-printed items cannot be returned unless defective.

You retain all rights to your logos and designs submitted for custom packaging. By submitting designs, you warrant that you have the legal right to use all elements and indemnify us against any third-party claims. We may showcase your packaging (without revealing proprietary information) in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Our liability for any claims arising from our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits or business interruption.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
